Obscured visibility

It seems natural to stop if you can't see, but officers constantly respond on crashes where the windshield and or side windows are frosted over in the morning hours. It is a state law that the front and side windows to the driver be free from obstructions that limit visibility, and this includes frost and dirt that may glare in the sun thus reducing our ability to see.
Scrape the front and side windows completely, including the rear passenger window in a car. This window is often overlooked, and when we need to make a lane change to the right, we can't see for the frost on that window.
