Captain Bruce Graham started in law enforcement in 1994. He has a B.S. degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Southern Utah University. He was appointed to Captain by Chief Marlon Stratton to serve as the Administrative Services Division Commander in January 2006.
Sergeant Bithell started in law enforcement in 1985. He is currently assigned to operate the Training Unit and take care of all Quartermaster duties. He also supervises all new hires and POST attendees.
Sergeant Van Fleet worked as an accountant prior to his police career, and has a Masters of Accountancy degree from Southern Utah University. He has served as a patrol officer and a motor officer. He is currently a Firearms Training Unit Team Leader. His current assignment includes taking care of all hiring duties, background checks, and new hire recruiting. He is also the Internal Affairs Unit supervisor and supervises the Evidence Unit.
Sergeant Palmer started in law enforcement in 1998. Her current assignment in the Administrative Services Division has her supervising the VIPS Unit and the Crossing Guards Unit.
Officer Bangerter assists the Chiefs Office with many special projects. He also assists in many other duties performed in the Administrative Services Division.
Originally hired by the St George Utilities department in 1994, I transferred into the Police Department in 1999 to the Records unit. I was responsible for Customer Service, Records Management on a secondary level, and Parking tickets where I implemented a collections process. I took on the duties of the Washington County Task Force Secretary as an after hours job where I created the data base for Gang members and the protocol for the Gang Stat report. In 2003 and 2005, named Civilian Employee of the Year. In 2004 took on the responsibility of continuing the Community Emergency Response Team training and Program Coordination for the City of St George. Train the Trainer - 2004 CERT, Train the Trainer - COOP 2006, Program Manager TTT - 2006 CERT. October of 2006, Front Office Manager for the St George Police Dept. College education includes Criminal Justice, Paralegal and Records Management courses of study.
