Ground Force Training Program

Program Description
Ground Force is a science-based speed and agility training program from the Sports Performance team at Intermountain Health. It brings their 23-year history and reputation for training athletes to you and is not just a short-term camp. This is an engineered, 8-week speed, agility, and conditioning program designed to maximize your training dollar! Created and taught by our team of exercise physiologists and sports performance specialists, this is the gateway to enhancing your athlete’s full potential and confidence for every sport, including football, soccer, basketball, baseball, and even general recreation! 
 
Class sizes are limited and fill up fast so register now!

Outdoor Sessions Dates, Times, and Location 
Session 1: Tuesdays and Thursdays in June
8-12 Year Olds - 7am 
13-18 Year Olds - 8am 

Session 2: Tuesdays and Thursdays in July 
8-12 Year Olds - 7am 
13-18 Year Olds - 8am 

All outdoor sessions will be held at the Little Valley Soccer Fields #3 (click link for directions)
Indoor Sessions Dates, Times, and Location 
Session 1: Mondays and Wednesdays in June
8-14 Year Olds - 8am  

Session 2: Mondays and Wednesdays in July 
8-14 Year Olds - 8am 

All indoor sessions will be held at the Be More Complex (click link for directions)

Registration Information
Registration is open now, and closes the last day of May for Session 1, and the last day of June for Session 2. 
Fees: $125/session
