As a result of a new sewer line being installed from the edge of the Bloomington Hills Golf Course to the Confluence Trailhead south of the Dixie Center an asphalt trail was installed along the sewer line to serve as both an access road for the sewer line as well as a recreation path for pedestrians and bicyclists. The trail connects the existing portion of the Webb Hill Trail to the Fort Pearce Wash Trail completing a loop along the Virgin River between I-15 and River Road. The length of the new trail is approximately .75 of a mile.
