Future Parks & Trails
The rapid growth in this community has fueled a tremendous demand for neighborhood and regional parks, trails and the landscaping of facilities and rights-of-way. The City Council has mandated that a neighborhood park be located within a half mile of every resident. The Park Planning division was created in 2004, and is currently staffed by 4 landscape architects. Since 2004, this division designed and built multiple parks, trails and sport complexes.
