Returned Mylar to PLS.
01/25/2011 Final Plat has expired and is no longer active in the system. When the owner/developer is ready to continue this project the City will require an updated TR and have it go through Concurrent Review again before a Mylar can be printed and taked to PC and CC again for reapproval. Call Todd @ 627-4124 if you have any questions.
08/24/2009 Owner stopped by and informed Bob and Todd about his plans for the project. May be six months before anything happens, but he will keep us informed on his status for recording. Once the owner does want to record he will need to submit a new Mylar and we will need to take it back through PC and CC meeting for re-approval.
