11/24/03 Bryce C. has inquired several times over the past couple of years about getting a grading permit for this site which is immediately adjacent (East) of the Flying "J" Truckstop at the Bloomington Interchange. This site is in the Hillside Overlay Zone and requires a Hillside Development Permit. The HRB visited the site on 12/6/01 for review and comment on submittals for formal consideration of a Hillside Development Permit. To date application has not been made for consideration of a permit by the HRB. City is considering a roadway through the property to access the 3D Commercial Development to the North! Bryce's parcel is narrow in width now. With a roadway using part it may be difficult to do legitimate development on the site. Property to the East is BLM Land. |
