April 13 - June 12: Pick up your packets at the Golf Office, any of the IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS, or at any of the rules school classes.
IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

May 9, Southgate Game Improvement Center, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 1975 S. Tonaquint Drive
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION
Pick ip a JAG registration packet at any local golf course or at the golf offices and mail to:

Pick up your JAG Membership Card and other items at the golf office within a few weeks of receiving the completed application and Etiquette Quiz.
