IMPORTANT RENTAL DWELLING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL INFORMATION

ATTENTION RENTAL DWELLING PROPERTY OWNERS
Due to anticipated changes to the rental dwelling ordinance and fee structure, the courtesy rental dwelling business license renewal application will be mailed out on approximately September 1, 2009 and will be due October 1, 2009. Current rental dwelling businesses licenses will remain effective until October 1, 2009.
