St. George Fire responded to a structure fire in a commercial restaurant on Aug. 28 in the late afternoon. The tempature outside was over 105 degrees and the structure had numerous concealed spaces in the attic area of the structure. This made it difficult to extinguish, crews began with an aggressive interrior attack but had to transitution to a deffensive operation. Ladder 21 and Ladder 27 were used to suppress the attic fire.
