Training Photo Galleries - Station #1 - Engine 21
Engine 21 is assigned to Fire Station #1 which covers the northeast area of St. George City. Engine 21 is a Pierce PUC which is built around the Velocity Chassis with a Cat C-13 diesel engine. It carries 750 gallons water, with a pierce 1500gpm pump that has pump and roll capability. It also has a Husky foam system, and an on board 8 kW hydraulic generator. It has a hose bed that carries 1000ft. of 5 inch LDH supply hose, 600ft of 3 inch supply hose, and 600ft of 2 1/2 inch supply hose. Also another 300ft of 1 3/4 inch attack hose on the rear hose bed. The main attack hose lines are two 200ft 1 3/4 inch hose lays and one 200ft 2 1/2 inch hose lay. It is also equipped with deluge master stream that flows 1000gpm. It has a seat capacity of six. Additional equipment will include Survivair SCBA packs, Task Force nozzles, Tempest PPV fan, Hurst rescue tools, CMC rope rescue & harnesses, salvage covers, Lakeland chemical suits, and emergency medical equipment.
