Lots in St. George typically have a 25' front setback zone. Lots in Bloomington Hills and all R-1-6 lots have a 20' front setback zone. Corner lots have two front setback zones.

A wall or fence up to six feet in height, measured from the lowest side, may be built along the interior and rear property lines.
