Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

A. Consider a request to amend and extend the final plat for Tonaquint Office Campus Phase 1 to increase the size of Lot 2 and Lot 3 and relocate Lot 3 so the building would be out of the 100 year flood plain. Consider a request to amend the St. George City Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 7 “Residential Zones”, “Article F “Residential Central City Zone”, to make modifications and include a section on architectural standards. City of St. George initiated. Case No. 2005-ZRA-007

B.
