Community Development Print This Document July 14 2009 Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following requests for Zone Changes and a Zone Change Amendment A. Consider a zone change from OS (Open Space) to RE-37.5 (Residential Estates-37,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 0.95 acres located at approximately 660 W. Man-O-War Drive, adjacent to the Bloomington Ranches Subdivision. Case No. 2009-ZC-006. Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
