Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. ZONE CHANGES
A. Consider a zone change request from A-1 (Agricultural) with a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft. to RE-12.5 (Residential Estates) with a minimum lot size of 12,500 sq. ft. along with a deed restriction to comply with the general plan density requirement of 2 dwelling units per acre on 54.18 acres located at 3000 East and approximately 2450 South. Consider a request to amend the general plan land use map from RR (Rural Residential) up to 2 dwelling units per acre to LDR (Low Density Residential) up to 4 dwelling units per acre on approximately 278.20 acres located east of Little Valley Road to about 3200 East, and generally between 3000 South and 3700 South.
