Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 24, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

7. CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
Consider the following conditional use permit requests:

To construct a detached accessory garage that would exceed the allowable height of fifteen feet (15’) up to sixteen feet six inches (16'-6") high located within a RE-12.5 (Residential Estate) zone at the Knolls at Little Valley Subdivision, Lot # 57 at 2127 East Circle Ridge Drive. 9. DETERMINE USES
A.
