Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, August 10, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

3. ZONE CHANGES
Consider the following zone change requests:
A. A-1 (Agricultural with minimum lot sizes of 40,000 sq. ft.) to R-1-10 (Single Family Residential with minimum lot sizes of 10,000 sq. ft.) on 1.51 acres located at approximately 1960 East and 2700 South, between River Road and the Jedora Estates Subdivision. Consider a hillside development permit request for a proposed single-family residential development (Tonaquint Terrace) located within an R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) zone located off of Tonaquint Drive, west of The Legacy Planned Development and north of Bloomington. 7. AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE, ZONING REGULATIONS
A. Consider a request to amend the St. George City Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 18 Walls, Fences and Hedges to address heights and locations on corner lots. Consider a request to amend the St. George City Code, Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 19 Off Street Parking Requirements (Section 10-19-5) Educational Uses, to change the parking standards for the various levels of school.
