Public Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

A. Consider approval of a final plat for Entrada at Snow Canyon – Chaco Bench Phase 3 with 1 single family residential lot located Chaco Trail on north of 2000 North Street. The Entrada Company, applicant. Case No. 2004-FP-032
B. Consider approval of a final plat for Jedora Estates Phase 3 with 23 single family residential lots located at 1960 East and 2540 South. Jerry Riggs, applicant. Case No. 2004-FP-033
C. Consider an amendment to the Sun Bowl West Townhomes final plat to adjust interior unit boundary lines located at 167 South 200 East. Scott Hill, applicant. Case No. 2004-FP-034

2. DETERMINE USE

Determine whether a crisis/respite nursery and 24 hour crisis hotline is a significant change to the approved childcare center within the Planned Development Commercial zone located at 981 N. Westridge Drive (Children’s Discovery Learning Center). Brian Christiansen, applicant. Case No. 2004-DU-004
