Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, March 23, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

2. PRELIMINARY PLAT

5. HILLSIDE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT

Consider a request for a hillside development permit to excavate a portion of a hillside behind the former Atkin Tire building located at 325 N. Bluff Street Danny Vaca, 3 Amigos Meat Market, applicant. Case No. 2004-HS-003.

6. REDUCED SETBACKS

A. Consider a reduced side yard setback in a C-2 Highway Commercial Zone from 10 feet to 3 feet for a proposed addition to an existing building located at 1141 E. Highlands Drive. Kim Bell, applicant. Case No. 2004-RS-004
B. Consider a reduced side yard setback in a C-3 General Commercial Zone from 10 feet to 5 feet for a covered stairway at the southeast corner of the proposed Catholic Church Religious Center building and 9.5 for the remainder of the proposed building located at approximately 165 North 200 West.
