March 9 2010 Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 5:00 p.m., located in the City Hall at 175 East 200 North, to consider the following requests: A. Consider a zone change request from Agricultural A-20 to Open Space for 13 acres located west of the Springs Estates Subdivision and between 1450 South and the Virgin River. Address is approximately 1300 South and 2000 East. The purpose of this zone change is to accommodate a proposed subdivision for horse pasture use. B. Consider a zoning regulation amendment to Title 10 “Zoning Regulations, Chapter 1 “General Provisions”, Section 10-1-14(A) “Classifications” to change the provision that all land annexed into the City shall come in as a Mining and Grazing zone rather than R-1-10 zone. C. Consider a zoning regulation amendment to Title 10 Zoning Regulations, Chapter 22 Wireless Telecommunications Facilities, Section 10-22-3 to add language to clarify that vesting is not granted as a result of a Wireless Facilities Master Plan. Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
