October 13 2009 Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers in the City Office Building, 175 East 200 North, St. George Utah, to consider approval of an amendment to the City Zoning Ordinance, Title 10 of the City Code, to require at least 50% of the front yard area shall be landscaped for dwellings in Single Family Residential zones. Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
