July 14 2009 Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following requests for Zone Changes and a Zone Change Amendment A. Consider a zone change from OS (Open Space) to RE-37.5 (Residential Estates-37,500 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 0.95 acres located at approximately 660 W. Man-O-War Drive, adjacent to the Bloomington Ranches Subdivision. Case No. 2009-ZC-006. Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
