Consider a request to amend Title 10, Chapter 2, Section 1, St. George City Code relating to definitions of vehicles, inoperable vehicles, and abandoned motor vehicles and to include the word vessel in the term vehicle. City of St. George, initiated. Case No. 2004-ZR-015 C. Consider a request to amend Title 10, Chapter 7B, Section 6.D, and Chapter 10, Section 5.B, St. George City Code to change language from inoperable automobile to inoperable vehicle. City of St. George, initiated. Case No. 2004-ZR-016 4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT Consider a conditional use permit to construct a room addition to an existing single-family residence and to allow the existing accessory building to occupy more than 25% of the rear yard area located within a R-1-8 (Single Family Residential) zone at 530 East 600 South.
