June 9 2009 Planning Commission Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St George Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following requests for Zone Changes and a Zone Change Amendment A. Consider a zone change from OS (Open Space) to A-1 (Agriculture – 40,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 3.94 acres located at approximately 660 W. Man-O-War Drive, adjacent to the Bloomington Ranches Subdivision. Case No. 2009-ZC-006. B. Consider a zone change from OS (Open Space) to R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential – 10,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size) on 0.42 acres located at approximately 1090 W. Baneberry Drive, adjacent to the Bloomington Gardens Subdivision This parcel will become part of the approved “Blackberry Court” subdivision. Case No. 2009-ZC-007. C. Consider a request for an amendment to a portion of an existing PD-COM (Planned Development Commercial) zone. The site is generally located on Riverside Drive (west of the adjacent United States Post Office). The amended area consists of 3.962 acres. The amendment will change the layout, design, and use of the property. The project is “Crossroads Center at McArthur Landing”. Case No. 2009-ZCA-008 Interested persons are encouraged to attend this public hearing to be held in the Council Chambers-City Hall at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing prior to the meeting.
