Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting in the City Council Chambers on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. AMENDMENTS TO ROAD MASTER PLAN

Consider a request to amend the City General Plan - Road Master Plan for minor modifications throughout the community with significant changes to the South Block and The Ledges areas. City of St. George, initiated. Case No. 2004-RMP-002

2. MODIFICATION TO ZONING CONDITIONS

Consider a request to modify two zoning conditions for lots within the Avallon at Meadowood Phase 3 Subdivision: (1) allow Lots 40, 41, and 43 to be built as two story homes with a 25 ft. rear yard setback and (2) allow Lots 37 and 38 (with one story homes) to have a 15 ft. rear yard setback rather than 20 ft.
