City Manager Gary Esplin updated the Mayor and City Council on flood restoration projects, the City?s transportation plan, and downtown redevelopment efforts. Discussions were held on build-out and growth management, a water pooling agreement with the Washington County Water Conservancy District, employee salaries and insurance benefits, and golf fees.
