SALE OF CITY PROPERTY:


Consider approval of a resolution authorizing sale of City-owned property adjacent to the Southgate Golf Course. Gary Gardner, applicant.





This matter was continued from the City Council meeting of June 20, 2002 in order to make a site visit. Those present reviewed the site with Gary Gardner, applicant, and W. R. Lobato.
