SECOND: The motion was seconded by Council Member Allen. VOTE: All voted aye. The motion carried. CANVASS MUNICIPAL PRIMARY ELECTION RESULTS: City Recorder Gay Cragun presented the final election results for the 2007 Municipal Primary Election, as follows: For City Council Total Votes Gilbert M.
