Fleming EXCUSED Council Member Whatcott PLANNING MEETING ON THE RCC ZONE Danny Mason with the Kentlands Company Inc. made a presentation regarding the RCC zone. City Manager Esplin indicated he has seen several publications that highlight Kentlands projects as being exceptionally good. He indicated he has taken tours of some of their projects in the Washington D.C. area. The group discussed mixed use strategies to vitalize downtowns and create new, attractive neighborhoods.
