Fleming EXCUSED: Council Member Isom EXECUTIVE SESSION: Council Member Gardner made a motion to go into executive session to discuss a proposed property sale, seconded by Council Member Whatcott. All voted aye, motion carried. RECONVENE Council Member Whatcott made a motion, seconded by Council Member Allen to reconvene the regular session. All voted aye motion carried. The group discussed concerns related to Bed and Breakfasts that may have been converted to college student housing. The group discussed the springs that are providing water for the new landscape at City Hall. The spring water was going to waste and now is irrigating the entire landscape. Mayor McArthur asked about the building next door to City Hall and if there has been progress made on the sale. City Manager Esplin indicated the property owner is asking more than the amount the building is appraised for. He indicated he is also working on leasing space in another building. Another option is to build parking behind the police station. Council Member Allen made a motion, seconded by Council Member Orton to adjourn the meeting. All voted aye, motion carried.
