October 14 2003 City Council Minutes ST. GEORGE CITY COUNCIL MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OCTOBER 14, 2003, 11:45 A.M. WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBERS PRESENT: Council Member Suzanne Allen Council Member Larry Gardner Council Member Bob Whatcott City Recorder Gay Cragun EXCUSED: Council Member Rod Orton Council Member Sharon Isom Mayor Daniel McArthur APPOINT MAYOR PRO TEM: A motion was made by Council Member Allen and seconded by Council Member Whatcott to appoint Council Member Larry Gardner as Mayor Pro Tem for purposes of this meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Gardner called for a vote, and all voted aye. The motion carried. CANVASS PRIMARY ELECTION VOTES: Washington County Clerk Cal Robison and City Recorder Gay Cragun presented the final tally of votes in the 2003 municipal primary election. A copy of said final canvass is attached hereto as Exhibit ?A?. A motion was made by Council Member Whatcott and seconded by Council Member Allen to approve the canvass of the votes.
