 Marc was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and earned a masters degree in Public Administration from Walden University. He moved to St. George in 1998 and began his career with the City of St. George as the Public Information Officer. Marc is currently serving as the Assistant to the City Manager/ Support Services Manager. His responsibilities include: public information, public relations, information technology services, Red Cliffs Desert Reserve, the St. George Boulevard Reconstruction project and other administrative duties. He and his wife and their daughter enjoy every aspect of living in Utah's Dixie.
