Setback of Area - Defined and Parking Restrictions

Lots in St. George typically have a 25' front setback zone. Lots in Bloomington Hills and all R-1-6 lots have a 20' front setback zone. Corner lots have two front setback zones. [ VIEW DIAGRAM PDF ]

Section 10-19-4.D prohibits any parking in the front setback zone unless it is on an approved asphalt or concrete surface. View City Code

Section 10-19-4.C prohibits any recreational vehicle parking in the front setback for more than two weeks. View City Code
