Bootcamp Pilates: HITT-based resistance workout. Bootcamp Pilates uses a bootcamp-style class with pilates principles. You will burn calories while strengthening and sculpting your muscles. This class is for everyone, modifications can be made to suit your needs and fitness level.

CycleXpress: Love indoor cycling, but want a little more? Take our CycleXpress class for 45 minutes of high-intensity indoor cycling. Then work on your core and finish with a calming stretch. Gets you in and out the door while still giving those glutes, calves, quads, and hamstrings a core workout. Improve your overall cardiovascular function in less time. See you on the bike!

Dance Fitt: A high-energy aerobic workout set to today's pop music. Dance Fitt incorporates various styles of dance and repeats dance combinations from low to high intensity. It takes Zumba to a whole new level to tone and sculpt the body while having fun.

Fit Barre: Set to fun and energetic music, each class is designed to give you a long, lean dancer-like physique. The Fit Barre workout incorporates elements of Ballet, Pilates, and Strength Training. Fit Barre exercises rely mainly upon your own body weight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. 

High Fitness: This new class is inspiring people from all walks of life that transforms old-school aerobics into a highly addictive new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness techniques (i.e. HIIT, plyometrics, etc.) with music you know and love. Our formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that will take your heart rate to the sky and strength to the next level. Come try out the new craze!!

MAT Pilates: This is designed for all levels and is a full-body conditioning program. This class will improve strength, flexibility, balance, and muscular symmetry. Overall this class is designed to create a strong body. 

M.R.T. - Muscle Resistance Training: A muscle-resistance class designed to enhance muscle tone, definition, and endurance using bands, weights, your own body weight, and other tools for resistance. M.R.T. has movements that will improve your functional fitness as well as overall strength and endurance. 

Posture Fit: A Pilates class with some gentle yoga stretches. This class will strengthen your core and increase flexibility and balance for a better posture from head to toe. 

R.I.P.P.E.D.: The one-stop body shock that combines easy yet effective cardio routines interlaced with weights and resistance work. Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet!!

RPM Cycle: RPM is a 60-minute indoor cycling workout based on outdoor riding, where you ride to the rhythm of fun and powerful music. Take on the Terrain with your inspiring coach who will lead you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover the athlete within -- sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!

Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. This class can be adapted by the student depending on their fitness level and abilities. It is suitable for beginning to intermediate skill levels. 

Yoga Bliss: A dynamic yet gentle style of Hatha yoga that emphasizes body awareness and coordinating movement with breath. Take time to stretch tight muscles and learn the art of relaxing... you deserve it!

Zumba: Perfect for everybody! Zumba is designed to bring people together to get their sweat on while dancing. We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Exercise in disguise!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I bring my child in with me?
No. Unless you have paid for them to participate they are not allowed in the gym! There is Child Care provided during aerobics times.
Can I use the gym until the class starts or after it ends?
Yes! The gym is always available for use. 
What is the cost of Child Care?
The cost is $1.50 per child. Two passes are free with every membership.
When is Child Care available?
Mornings- Mon. thru Fri. (9AM-11:30AM) 
Afternoons- Mon. thru Thurs. (5:30PM-8:00PM) *No afternoon Child Care on Fridays
Not available Saturdays
