Snow Canyon Half / 10k / 5k / Fun Run Walk n' Roll

This Half Marathon features a beautiful route through the scenic landscape of Snow Canyon State Park. The course is USATF certified and includes some steep downhills! I's fast and it's one of the most breathtaking courses St. George has to offer! The 5k course follows the picturesque St. George trails that surround Snow Canyon High School. Registration Information: Runners and walkers alike can sign up for any race, just keep in mind that the course will not be open past 12:30PM. Also, kids ages 2-12 may register for the Fun Run Walk N' Roll 1 mile/200m in the Kids division, and disabled individuals of any age can register in the Adaptive division. 

Expo & Packet Pickup Information: Packet Pickup will be held on Friday, November 15, 2024 from 12:00PM-8:00PM at the St. George Rec Center located at 285 S 400 E, St. George, UT 84770. 

Bus Information: Busses will leave from the back parking lot of Snow Canyon High School. Athletes must ride the busses to the start lines, drop off will not be allowed. See the chart below for corresponding bib numbers and loading times. 
Loading Times:                                                                                    
     -   Half Marathon: 6:00AM-7:00AM
     -   10k: 6:45AM-7:45AM

Start Line Information: Athletes must ride the busses to their respective start line. Drop of will not be allowed. 
Start Times: 
     -   Half Marathon: 9:00AM
     -   10k: 9:00AM
     -   5k: 9:00AM
     -   Fun Run Walk N' Roll: 11:00AM

Aid Station Information: Water and Gatorade will be available at each aid station. Gu will be available at miles 7.5 and 10.7 in the half marathon, and at mile 3.8 in the 10k. The locations listed below are approximate.
     -   Half Marathon aid stations: miles 4, 7.5, 9, 10.7, and 12
     -   10k aid stations: miles .6, 2.1, 3.8, and 5.1
     -   5k aid station: mile 1.2

Pacing: American Flyers Race Pacers will be pacing the following times: 1:30, 1:35, 1:40, 1:45, 1:50, 1:55, 2:00, 2:05, 2:10, 2:15, 2:20, 2:25, 2:30.

Time Limit: Please be aware that all athletes must finish the race in 3 hours and 30 minutes- roughly a 16-minute mile. Athletes who have not finished by this time will not have course support, the clock will be stopped and taken down, and those over 3.5 hours will receive and DNF (did not finish) in the official results.

Awards and Medals: The top three male and female finishers will receive awards. For the half marathon, the top 3 male and female finishers in each 5-year age category will receive awards. For the 10k and 5k, the top three male and female finishers in each 10-year age group will receive awards. All finishers will receive a finisher medal!

     -   $75 until October 5th 11:59PM MST
     -   $90 until November 9th 11:59PM MST
     -   $100 on November 15th at Packet Pick-up
10K:
     -   $35 until October 5th 11:59PM MST
     -   $45 until November 9th 11:59PM MST
     -   $55 on November 15th at Packet Pick-up
5K:
     -   $35 until October 5th 11:59PM MST
     -   $45 until November 9th 11:59PM MST
     -   $55 on November 15th at Packet Pick-up
Fun Run Walk n' Roll: 200 Meter, and 1-Mile:
     -   $10 Until November 14th 11:59PM MST
     -   $20 on November 15th at Packet Pick-up
