The focus of these clinics will be on individual technique and feedback. Our swim clinic paired with follow up workouts will take your swimming abilities to an entire new level.

Participants will enjoy the outstanding swim coaching by U.S. Masters coach Lynne Lund - National and World Masters champion and record holder. Lund has been coaching triathletes and swimmers for many years. She has collected some impressive accomplishments and is still competing at age 68. Then, from a 30 year hiatus she joined U.S. Masters Swimming. Lund won a world championship in the 50-meter butterfly in 1994 at Morocco, over 20 individual national championships and Morocco, over 20 individual national has been ranked in the top 10 nationally in her age group an astonishing 433 times. She is the technique coach for the Dart Swim Team at Sand Hollow Aquatic Center, head coach for the US Masters St. George Team and teaches private swim lessons on the side.
