Locke Ettinger has been a Physical Therapist for the past 20 years and specializes in back and neck pain. He is currently conducting further research and education in the area of wellness and health promotion. He has an emphasis on prevention and fitness testing and exercise prescription. He is presently the director of rehabilitation services for Dixie Regional Medical Center. He has participated in 17 marathons and multiple triathlons. He is currently completing his PhD in Health Promotion and Wellness.
Dr. Christian Millward, MD is a Sports Medicine physician located in St. George. He was raised in Kaysville, Utah, and attended Weber State University and the Medical College of Wisconsin. Following medical school he completed a residency in family medicine and a fellowship in sports medicine. His fellowship involved treatment of both Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University athletes. He is an active member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and has written various articles on triathlon injuries and other exercise related medical issues.
Kristie Benton has been a registered dietitian for over 30 years. She received her education in Southern California, where she lived until 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Food Administration from California State University, Long Beach. She is the dietitian for out-patient services at Dixie Regional Medical Center. She provides individual diet counseling. Kristie also specializes in diabetes education and weight management, while incorporating physical education and exercise counseling. She provides consultations at skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
