Firehouse Park Progress Report
Dedication is scheduled for the 24th of September at 4:00pm.
Firehouse Park is a four-acre neighborhood park currently under construction located at 1800 North Dixie Downs Road across the street from fire station #7. Park construction began in January 2009 and is scheduled to be complete around the end of September 2009. This park will contain features typical to a neighborhood park such as play structures, walking path, picnic pavilion and restrooms. An additional park feature requested by local citizens was a fenced secure area to take their canine family members to run and play off leash. Firehouse Park is programmed to function as a neighborhood park and will be a great addition to the Dixie Downs area of St George.
